Nature of the service
Aetherion Capital provides a crypto-asset capital management service based on
an automated trading strategy. User deposits are made in crypto-assets to
addresses generated by the platform.
How funds are held. The deposit addresses assigned to users
are generated and controlled by Aetherion Capital LLC. Deposited crypto-assets
are therefore held by the company on behalf of the user, and are not kept in
the user's own custody. Logging into a client account confers no independent
custody of the assets.
Risk warning. Trading crypto-assets carries a high risk of
partial or total loss of capital. Past performance is no guide to future
performance and no return is guaranteed. Only commit funds whose loss would
have no consequence on your financial situation.
